Hometown hero Eric has been working in kitchens since age 17. He's managed brunch spots all over town, and joined the St. James krewe in 2018. He keeps a clean, orderly, music-filled kitchen where his team turns out delicious menu items and exciting specials week after week. A self-described "movie nerd," Eric is a total media buff.
